- Grolleau Noir: an old grape variety from the Loire Valley brought up to date by the Domaine des Hautes Noëlles, a fruity red wine with beautiful notes of cherry and redcurrant supported by peppery and spicy touches, greedy on the palate.
- Prunelart: a rare autochthonous grape variety of the Malbec family, offered by Domaine Plageoles, which since 2016 has been part of the grape varieties of the Gaillac appellation, a red wine with a fresh nose of wild sloes and strawberries, ample and vinous, tonic, well structured with fine tannins and a long and fresh finish.

Ribeyrenc is an old Languedoc grape variety from the 18th and 19th centuries that has been given a new lease of life thanks to Thierry Navarre. He decided to bring it back into cultivation thanks to a few vines found in his old vines,in a concern for preservation and varietal diversity, and vinified his first cuvée in 2000 with 30 ares of vines.

This Ribeyrenc 2024 is an original and surprising wine, with a beautiful light ruby colour, low tannin and which offers a beautiful freshness on the palate with floral and fruity aromas and light spicy notes.

Find the wines of Thierry Navarre on sale at La Bouteille Dorée, a passionate winemaker based in Roquebrun and an ardent defender of the diversity and conservation of grape varieties. He advocates a vine cultivation with a deep respect for the land (compost, natural preparations, infusion of plants, nettle manure, ploughing and hoeing of the soil) and a natural vinification without chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand.

The Galénée parcel cuvée, which refers to the serenity of the soul in ancient Greek, is a red wine in IGP Val de Loire made from 100% of the Grolleau Noir grape variety.

It is a fruity red wine with beautiful notes of cherry and redcurrant supported by peppery and spicy touches. On the palate, the attack is greedy followed by a substance with supple, fruity and thirst-quenching tannins. It will go very well with cold cuts, roast pork, pizzas and vegetable dishes.

This cuvée from Domaine Plageoles is an organic red wine made only from Prunelart, a rare autochthonous grape variety of the Malbec family and which since 2016 has been part of the Gaillac appellation.

This Prunelart 2019 offers a light garnet colour, and a fresh nose with notes of wild sloes and strawberries. On the palate, it is a full-bodied and vinous wine, tonic, well structured with fine tannins and a long and fresh finish.

It will go very well with meats such as a lamb Navarin or a beef bourguignon, and game such as venison steak with pepper sauce or a saddle of venison with cranberries. It can be kept in the cellar until about 2032.
