This 2022 vintage from Ravines Wine Cellars is an American red wine from the Finger Lakes region of New York State and is made from 100% Cabernet Franc planted on the vineyards of White Springs and 16 Falls Vineyards. The wine is aged in 2000-litre oak barrels aged several years.

It is a very greedy red wine with aromas of redcurrant, raspberry, black cherry and cranberry and light vegetal and spicy notes. On the palate, the expression is pure and elegant, dominated by fruit, and the finish is sapid.

This wine is the perfect accompaniment to ribs or barbecued red meats.

This 2023 Saumur-Champigny is a red wine from the Loire valley, made exclusively from Cabernet Franc grape variety, produced by Château de Villeneuve in organic farming.

It offers an intense ruby colour with reflections of violine and cherry, it is a powerful wine with aromas of red and black fruits followed by menthol and spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is straight and powerful, the tannins crisp and the finish very persistent. This beautiful Saumur-Champigny can be tasted today or kept in the cellar until around 2035..
