The environment of Domaine Thierry Navarre is a cirque of small mountains where twelve hectares of vines are planted on large terraces of brown schist. This table wine is one of the specialties of Thierry Navarre who has chosen Oeillade, this very old grape variety from the Languedoc and close cousin of Cinsault, to make a wine to be drunk young and fresh.

This 2025 wine from Oeillades offers a remarkably fresh nose, very seductive. On the palate, it is a wine with supple and fluid substance, with finesse and freshness, all in the fruit with silky and lively tannins.

In this organically grown estate located in the Roquebrun region, three generations of winemakers have succeeded each other in order to offer a wide variety of powerful wines with aromas of very ripe fruit, fruit in syrup and spice. The estate is also working on the sustainability of forgotten local grape varieties such as Ribeyrenc.

Ribeyrenc is an old Languedoc grape variety from the 18th and 19th centuries that has been given a new lease of life thanks to Thierry Navarre. He decided to bring it back into cultivation thanks to a few vines found in his old vines,in a concern for preservation and varietal diversity, and vinified his first cuvée in 2000 with 30 ares of vines.

This Ribeyrenc 2024 is an original and surprising wine, with a beautiful light ruby colour, low tannin and which offers a beautiful freshness on the palate with floral and fruity aromas and light spicy notes.

He advocates a vine cultivation with a deep respect for the land (compost, natural preparations, infusion of plants, nettle manure, ploughing and hoeing of the soil) and a natural vinification without chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand.
