This Cuvée Olivier 2024 from Thierry Navarre is a beautiful red wine from Languedoc in the Saint-Chinian appellation, made from very old vines of Syrah, Grenache and Carignan from the estate.

It offers a rich nose of red and black fruits with notes of liquorice, spices and dried fruit and in the mouth, brings an ample and fresh body with a persistent finish. It will perfectly accompany roasted red meats and can be kept in the cellar until 2032-2034.

Thierry Navarre is a passionate winemaker of Roquebrun and a strong advocate for the diversity and conservation of grape varieties. He advocates a vine cultivation with a deep respect for the land (compost, natural preparations, infusion of plants, nettle manure, ploughing and hoeing of the soil) and a natural vinification without chemicals. The grapes are harvested by hand.

This great Graves wine 2019 is a red wine from Château Cazebonne, made 65% from Merlot planted on the plots of Darche and Cazebonne and for 35% from Cabernet Sauvignon planted on the plots of Peyron and Cazebonne, aged in oak barrels for 11 months. with no added sulphur, with only a very low dose of volcanic sulphur. It is made biodynamically and vinified with natural yeasts.

A beautiful Graves wine with a garnet colour and a nose marked by aromas of ripe red fruits with spicy touches. On the palate, the expression is juicy and greedy, with ample and aromatic substance supported by a fine and mineral tannic framework, and a fresh finish with notes of redcurrant and black pepper. It will be the perfect accompaniment to grilled red meat or vegetable tian.

This Bourgogne Epineuil Tradition 2022 from Domaine Alain Mathias is made from the blend of grapes from several plots, vinified and then aged partly in oak barrels to obtain a rich and gourmet Pinot Noir red wine. It is certified in organic farming (AB).

It offers an intense garnet colour and aromas of cocoa, roasting and black fruit on the nose with light smoky notes. On the palate, the expression of red fruits and cocoa dominates with a beautiful structure. A wine for laying down that can be enjoyed until after 10 years of cellar storage.
