A very beautiful wine by one of the most talented winemakers of the Côte de Beaune, Henri Boillot. A dark ruby red colour with black reflections, a nose of red fruits (cherry, raspberry) with light notes of blackberry and wilted rose. On the palate, the tannins are silky with perfect balance and a lot of elegance.

Domaine Henri Boillot is located in Meursault and extends over 15 hectares of vines, mainly from the first growths of Savigny-les-Beaune, Beaune, Volnay, Pommard, Meursault and finally Puligny-Montrachet whose estate has a monopoly of 3.92 hectares with the premier cru Clos de la Mouchère.
