This Le Rouge 2021 cuvée is a red wine in AOP Fronton produced by Domaine Plaisance Penavayre from the Négrette grape variety for 60%, emblematic grape variety of the appellation, complemented by 20% Syrah, 5% Cabernet Franc, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Gamay. It comes from a vineyard planted on an alluvial terroir composed mainly of pebbles, gravel and silt.

This Fronton offers an intense garnet colour and a fresh nose of red berries, blackcurrant and raspberry, with subtle peppery notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh, the substance round and fruity and the structure perfectly balanced thanks to a beautiful acidity. It will be the perfect accompaniment to spicy meat dishes.

This cuvee "Baiser Retrouvé" 2020 is a red wine in AOP Marcillac from Domaine Matha, made from 100% of the emblematic grape variety of the appellation, Fer Servadou, also called Mansois in Aveyron, certified in organic farming. The Marcillac appellation, born in 1990, is one of the smallest in France with only 180 hectares of vines.

It offers a red colour with purple reflections and a nose of blackcurrant and mint aromas, with spicy and peppery notes. The palate is fleshy with a strong black fruit and a fine structure with melted tannins. It can be enjoyed now but also offers very good ageing potential, until 2028-2030.  It will go very well with red meats, small game and meats in sauce.

This "Vieilles Vignes" 2021 cuvee is a great red wine of Madiran, in the South West of France, produced by Domaine Labranche Laffont and made from 100% Tannat old vines aged between 70 to 80 years.

It offers a beautiful deep and intense ruby red colour and a fine and elegant nose, with aromas of black fruit and coffee. On the palate, it expresses itself with a powerful and supple substance and silky tannins. It can be enjoyed today with game, red meats or black pork ribs from Bigorre, or it can be kept in the cellar until around 2033-2035
