- Delivery by private courier in Paris and suburbs: by bicycle up to 10 kilos, preferably by cargo bike over 10 kilos.

Delivery times
For a delivery in France, we offer several shipping options, at a home or business address, or at a pickup point for the recipient to collect the parcel, including express carriers to guarantee the delivery date of your package. For shipping to another country of the European Community, delivery typically takes 2 to 5 days depending on the country of destination. CUSTOM DUTIES
For deliveries outside the European Community, and in the French overseas departments and territories, customs duties apply and differ depending on the country, the nature of the wines (still, sparkling, fortified wine, etc.).
When you want to ship a parcel to Switzerland, Great Britain, Norway or the U.S.A., the shipping costs shown in your shopping cart include these customs duties, so that the recipient of your gift does not have to pay for them. If, however, you would like the recipient to pay for them, simply contact us before placing your order.
When you wish to ship to a country other than those indicated above, including the French overseas departments and territories, the shipping costs shown in your shopping cart do not include customs duties. These will have to be paid by the recipient
Returns
You have a right of withdrawal of 14 days, as indicated in article 8 of our general conditions of sale. Upon receipt of your written cancellation request, we will inform you of the return process.
Return costs for deliveries made in mainland France are entirely at our expense, except for original wooden cases and large-size bottles over 3 litres, for which return costs are borne by the customer. Return costs for deliveries made outside mainland France also are the responsibility of the customer.
INSURANCE AND GUARANTEED DELIVERY TIME
All deliveries, regardless of the nature and value of the goods, the country of delivery and the carrier, are 100% insured against loss and damage. For the delivery options with a guaranteed lead time, our rate of delivery at the right date is above 99.5%.
Nevertheless, in the rare event of a delay and an unfulfilled deadline, shipping costs will be refunded.
