Domaine du Petit Aout La Memoire Neuve Mollard IGP Hautes-Alpes Red 2024
La Mémoire Neuve 2024 is a red wine in IGP Hautes-Alpes from Domaine du Petit Août, made from 100% old vines of the Mollard grape variety and produced in certified organic farming. Since 2009, when he set up shop, Yann Agostini has been reviving Mollard, an autochthonous black grape variety that had almost disappeared.
It has a beautiful garnet red colour and on the nose, marked aromas of red fruits, sour cherry and pepper, typical of the Mollard grape variety. It is a crisp, delicate and silky wine on the palate, very pleasant.
