- A red wine made from a blend of 60-year-old Malbec vines from the Valle de Curicó (25%) and 100-year-old Carignan vines from the Valle del Maule (40%) and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), grown organically by the Domaine Odfjell : an intense and juicy wine, on raspberry, prune and fig, with spicy, empyreumatic and toasted notes (coffee, cocoa), and a long finish.

Capitulo Flying Fish 2017 is a Chilean red wine from Domaine Odfjell made from a blend of 60-year-old Malbec vines from the Valle de Curicó (25%) and 100-year-old Carignan vines from the Valle del Maule (40%), and Cabernet Sauvignon (35%), grown organically.

It is a wine that offers intense aromas of raspberries, prunes and figs, with spicy notes. On the palate it is juicy with supple tannins, on empyreumatic and toasted notes (coffee, cocoa), with a long finish.

Armador 2018 is a Chilean red wine from Domaine Odfjell made from organically grown vines, 85% Carménère and 15% Syrah.

It is a wine that offers intense aromas of black fruits with liquorice and spicy notes (black pepper, chanterelle cloves) and notes of vanilla and bitter chocolate. On the palate, the wine is long, silky and refreshing, mixing ripe fruit and spices.

The Carménère grape variety was known in Bordeaux for several centuries but the arrival of phylloxera in the 19th century wiped out the vineyard and today there are only a few dozen hectares in France. It was in Chile that we found in the 90s a few Carménère plants that allowed the development of the cultivation of this grape variety in Chile.
